Dusit Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of Dusit International and one of Thailand’s foremost hotel and property development companies, has unveiled the next chapter for its newest lifestyle resort, dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, with the upcoming debut of Feydhoo Hall. The new venue introduces a refined yet approachable event space set to inject fresh momentum into the Maldives’ meetings and celebrations scene.
Just seven minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport in Malé, dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives has already distinguished itself through its creative energy, sociable atmosphere, and premium all-inclusive concept that balances freedom, fun, and sophistication within a breathtaking island environment. Slated to open in Q1 2026, Feydhoo Hall will expand the resort’s appeal beyond leisure travel, positioning it as a dynamic destination for corporate retreats, destination weddings, and tailor-made celebrations.
Designed with privacy and tranquillity in mind, the 360-square-metre hall is thoughtfully located away from the main villa and leisure areas. The space blends elegance with vitality and is equipped with advanced audio-visual technology, including projectors, microphones, and a full sound system. It can host up to 240 guests in a conference setup, 120 for banquets, and 150 for cocktail receptions, with additional breakout rooms available for smaller meetings and workshops.
Contemporary and light-filled, the hall features air-conditioned interiors enhanced by abundant natural daylight and opens directly onto the Veranda Terrace-an inviting outdoor venue ideal for open-air gatherings, cocktail receptions, and sunset celebrations. Complimentary transfers are provided for event attendees, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey to and from the island.
Mr. Yogeswaran Veerasamy, General Manager of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, shared that the resort is focused on delivering experiences that feel effortless, memorable, and energising. He explained that Feydhoo Hall extends this philosophy to meetings and events by offering a modern, adaptable space where creativity flourishes and every occasion is elevated. Bookings are now open for 2026 and beyond.
To meet the evolving demands of corporate clients, the resort has introduced a range of meeting and event packages designed for value and convenience. Half-day (four-hour) and full-day (eight-hour) options include welcome refreshments, coffee breaks with assorted snacks, meeting stationery, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary transfers for non-resident participants.
The eight-hour Executive Package enhances the experience further with all-day coffee and snacks, a gourmet buffet or fine-dining lunch, advanced audio-visual and video conferencing facilities, and bespoke inclusions ideal for leadership meetings and strategic sessions.
For couples dreaming of a romantic island wedding, a selection of wedding packages is available, starting from USD 4,600++. These include a beautifully styled beach ceremony, a romantic three-course dinner, indulgent spa treatments for the couple, and personalised touches tailored to individual preferences.
Event guests wishing to extend their stay can choose from 127 contemporary villas across seven categories, ranging in size from 77 to 306 square metres. Each villa blends modern design with tropical character, with many offering open-plan layouts, spacious decks, and private plunge pools.
Guests also have access to a comprehensive range of all-inclusive leisure and dining experiences, including the signature Namm Spa, a multi-court sports centre, and a diverse portfolio of restaurants and lounges. Highlights include Midi, a Mediterranean-inspired beach club; Soi, serving modern Thai cuisine; The Cocoon, a vibrant café-bar concept; and Baravelli, the resort’s welcoming all-day dining venue.
